Precisely with this in mind, we-go decided to dare with a distinctive recruiting campaign, an expression of its bold attitude and commitment to attracting the most innovative and creative talent in the industry.
The communication walks on the edge of a calculated ambiguity and carries a precise message: to remind potential talents that communication, the one done right, stands at the opposite of hasty opinions, prejudices and appearances. This is the attitude of the wegodian: knowing how to carefully carve out the tip of the iceberg so that everything underneath has a chance to emerge.
The bold campaign, called “Horny Recruiting,” will be carried on OnlyFans to capture the attention of potential candidates who openly embrace the channel. The copy strategy translates into clear calls to action to gather job applications or information about the agency’s corporate culture, benefits and creative soul.
«This campaign is yet another signal for our industry, which is often much more rigid than it seems», says Creative Director Paolo Orsacchini, «We want to overcome some clichés and reinvigorate unconventional recruitment by really bringing cultures and people together, generating concrete actions: from taboos to tribes».
