Junior Project Manager
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. The figure, initially supported by a Senior Project Manager, will have the dual objective of maintaining the relationship with our current and future Customers and managing projects internally with and between the work teams, with an efficient, empathetic and problem solving perspective.
- Contractual level Internship
- Experience Previous experience, even minimal, is preferred
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver digital and traditional projects on time, meeting agreed requirements and specifications, facilitating processes
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects, demonstrating ability to use the key principles of project management: project definition, risk management and resource coordination
- Coordinate the life of the project (from start to delivery), establish control points, monitor the progress of the work and coordinate the team involved
- Prepare and present plans and work progress to management, the project team and the client
- Assign skills and define a timing for team members
Skills and experience:
- Theoretical knowledge of the communication world
- Organizational and coordination ability
- Multitasking and Problem solving
Nice to have:
- Previous experience, even minimal, in communication agencies
- Real interest in the world of communication
- Predisposition for interpersonal relationships, empathy
- Knowledge of the English language
