Junior UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients.
- Contractual level Internship
- Experience Previous experience, even minimal, is preferred
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design engaging and intuitive user interface solutions, ensuring a high-quality user experience, from User Experience to User Interface
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design concepts using tools like Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Conduct usability tests to identify user needs and behaviors, using the results to guide the design process
- Work closely with developers, marketing teams and others across the agency to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Monitor usage metrics and gather user feedback to make iterative improvements to your projects
- Maintain a solid understanding of trends and best practices in the UI design industry
Skills and experience:
- Degree in Design with focus on User Interface design
- Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles
- Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools
- Portfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of a User Centered Design process
- Preferably basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Propensity for team work, continuous updating and sharing of sector developments in groups
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functions
- Creativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solving
- Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience, even short, in communications agencies is preferable
- Precision and attention to detail
