Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The inserted figure will have the dual objective of maintaining the relationship with our current and future clients and managing projects internally with and between the work teams, with an efficient, empathetic and problem solving perspective.
- Contractual level Commensurate with the experience gained
- Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agency
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver digital and traditional projects on time, meeting agreed requirements and specifications, facilitating processes and optimizing performance
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects, demonstrating ability to use the key principles of project management: project definition, risk management and resource coordination
- Coordinate the life of the project (from start to delivery), establish control points, monitor the progress of the work and coordinate the team involved
- Prepare and present plans and work progress to management, the project team and the client
- Assign skills and define a timing for team members
- Be responsible for the appropriateness, quality and timeliness of all aspects of the project
- Expertise in managing contracts and relationships with commercial and administrative figures
Skills and experience:
- At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agency
- Theoretical knowledge of the world of communication
- Organizational and coordination ability of a team made up of 4 or more people
- 360° customer relationship and management skills
- Multitasking and Problem solving
- Knowledge of the English language
Nice to have:

- Predisposition for communication and interpersonal relationships, empathy
