Art Director
We are looking for an Art Director to join the Agency's Communication Team. The inserted figure will have the dual objective of artistically directing the projects of the entrusted clients as well as internally coordinating the direction of the graphic designers with whom he will collaborate from an efficient, empathetic and problem solving perspective.
- Contractual level Commensurate with the experience gained
- Experience Previous experience of 3/4 years is preferred
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Definition of creative concepts and consequent development, giving them shape in compliance with the assigned brief, in synergy with the communication strategy
- Translation of strategies into creative campaigns
- Constant updating on digital and communication trends
- Development of presentation documents, both in the tender phase and for ongoing projects
- Coordination and supervision of the work of the creative team
- Responsibility for the creative production phase
Skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role gained in communication agencies
- Competence and transversal mastery of the formats, tools and techniques of visual communication applied to different media, with a particular predisposition towards digital communication
- Planning and management autonomy
- Creative team leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma software
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Ability to take on challenges, enthusiasm and predisposition for problem solving
- Ability to listen, work in a team and mediate
