Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In we-go, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities and projects involving the agency's Strategic Marketing and Paid Advertising teams, ensuring monitoring, related performance, compliance with times, budgets and quality levels.

  • Contractual level Commensurate with the experience gained
  • Experience At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agency
  • Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00

Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Management and monitoring of the Digital Marketing projects of the agency's clients, coordinating and empowering a team of Specialists on schedule, satisfying the agreed requirements and specifications, facilitating processes and optimizing performance
  • Preparation of periodic analysis and research aimed at investigating strategies, trends and opportunities in the sector
  • Participation in internal meetings and/or with customers, to share the progress of projects and performance reports in which the Digital Marketing team is involved
  • Creation and pursuit of we-go's strategic and digital marketing plan in collaboration with the various agency teams
  • Creation, together with the Head of SEO, of analysis and reporting on the progress of the activities and performance of the Marketing area to be provided to the Board
  • Collaboration with the Board in the evaluation of possible new customers, strategies and new business opportunities, sharing one's vision and objectives
  • Technically support the Account, New Business and Project Manager teams in the early stages of approaching customers and during upselling, participating in initial briefs and/or subsequent meetings to explore customer needs
  • Consequent support in defining the commercial proposal, outlining the available resources, times and costs

Skills and experience:

  • At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role in a communications agency with both a B2B and B2C client portfolio
  • Proven and demonstrable knowledge and experience in the Digital Marketing field
  • Excellent organizational and management skills of heterogeneous work teams
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills: effectiveness in articulating data and insights with a view to conversion
  • Excellent skills in creating digital and strategic Business Plans
  • Ability to address business problems with practical solutions and create added value for both the agency and our clients

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar
  • A Master's in Digital Marketing is considered a plus
