Senior UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a Senior UX UI Designer to join the digital experience team for the creation of digital projects for the agency and its clients.
- Contractual level Commensurate with the experience gained
- Experience At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role in a communication agency
- Location and working hours Vigonza (PD) - 09:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to design engaging and intuitive user interface solutions, ensuring a high-quality user experience, from User Experience to User Interface
- Develop interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design concepts using tools like Figma (or Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Conduct usability tests to identify user needs and behaviors, using the results to guide the design process
- Work closely with developers, marketing teams and others across the agency to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Monitor usage metrics and gather user feedback to make iterative improvements to your projects
- Maintain a solid understanding of trends and best practices in the UX-UI design industry
Skills and experience:
- At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a communications agency
- Degree in Design with focus on User Interface design
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC and other design and prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Advanced A/B testing experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various company functions
- Creativity in generating innovative solutions and problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- Precision and attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Video editing capabilities (after effect, premier or similar) and 3D processing
- Positivity, enthusiasm, resistance to stress and orientation towards problem solving
- Excellent organizational, time management and team collaboration skills
- Real interest in the latest technologies and passion for project development
- Portfolio of different projects that demonstrate skills in the various areas of a User Centered Design process
