A new look would not have been enough. Falmec needed to rethink its digital presence from the ground up, making it easier to explore an increasingly complex offer and, at the same time, more agile to manage across different markets and languages. The bold call: to transform the website from a showcase into an ecosystem, without placing technology ahead of the brand.

We designed front-end and back-end as parts of the same experience. A new design system gives space to product and storytelling, while the headless architecture on Craft CMS communicates in real time with the OnPage PIM, centralizing data and content for all markets. Smoother for visitors, easier to manage for team members. The same language takes shape in the dedicated landings for Water and Elements—two more vertical stories where technology and design can express their full personality.
